The 17th International Symposium on Communications and Information Technologies (ISCIT2017) will be held at Cairns, the gateway to Australia's Great Barrier Reef. ISCIT2017, under the technical sponsorships of IEEE, will provide a forum for researchers, engineers, and industry experts to exchange and discuss new ideas, recent development, and break throughs in IoT, communications and information
technologies. The theme of ISCIT2017 is:
